2013 - Certificates

Below is a great certificate from the Marine Attack Squadron 311 "TOMCATS" to the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, dated May, 2013. The certificate states, "The flag that accompanies this certificate flew in a USMC AV-88 Harrier over a free Afghanistan supporting Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and International Security Assistance Forces in the Regional Command (SW) area of operations."
