WFAA, the local ABC news station, came out and filmed our January, 2011 Valentine-themed packing party. In total, 280 boxes were packed for 5 different platoons. The care packages were mailed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Mailing costs alone were over $4,000. An additional 70 boxes were shipped the week before.
